What you’ll be doing
- Provide excellent customer service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- To perform telesales for all Insurance products (Auto & Credit Life)
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
What we’re looking for
Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player
Min Diploma/Degree in any field
Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
