Responsibilities:

• To conduct the full cycle of the executive search and recruitment activities for clientele
• To work closely with Hiring Managers at various levels to gain a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements and delivering against their expectations
• To conduct selection process at various levels in particular research, sourcing, interviewing and presenting suitable qualified candidates to the client
• To achieve sales target as assigned by the company
• To provide excellent services to clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Excellent communication in English is a must and strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation is a must, target-oriented and sales-focused
• Ability to perform Search and Recruitment activities independently
• Ability to interact with different levels of professionals
• Possess high energy level and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess initiative with a positive attitude, able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Prefer candidates with recruitment experience.
